Refund & Return Policy

All customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

To start a refund request, please send us an email with your order number. We will review your request within 2‑3 business days.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
